County council boosts

A scheme to rewire and update heating at Heage Primary School has been given the green light.

The £148,192 project will be funded by Derbyshire County Council, with a £4,796 contribution from the school.

Derbyshire County Council is also contributing £200,000 to help Amber Valley Borough Council buy bins for its new garden waste recycling collection service.
