Weather warning

A severe weather warning has been issued for Derbyshire.

Late last night the Met Office upgraded its warning for the East Midlands to amber, meaning “be prepared” – up from a yellow “be aware” warning earlier in the day.

According to the Met Office, tomorrow will be better across the region, with the rain moving further north and into Northumberland.
