Live music will be a new feature at Ambergate carnival this year.
Local banda Rebel Territory and The Fossils will perform. Rock trio Rebel Territory will be headlining with their own brand of brash original contemporary Brit-Rock.
The band will perform the best of their own material along with a dash of contemporary rock covers.
The Fossils will be playing a set covers chock full of favourites – raging from tunes by the Stones to more up to date numbers by Scissor Sisters and Blur.
In between and after the sets there will be a number of DJs – including soul, funk, disco and punk.
Doors open at 7.30pm and the first band will be on at 8pm with a full bar and food available throughout until close at 12 midnight.
