Madam,
I have just returned from a fantastic weekend at the Belper Music Festival and would like to congratulate the organisers on a superb event.
The performers were exhilarating, from local young bands Riptide and The Weaker Head, to nationally and internationally-acclaimed acts such as The Re-entrants and Chumbawamba.
There was no rain, no queues for the (clean) toilets, no over-priced beer, no trouble and no mud – sorry Glastonbury but Belper's the best!
Well done to everyone who was involved.
