This spring, there will be two exciting challenges taking place and we want you to saddle up and join us.
The Hearts First White Peak Challenge is a testing 29 mile bike ride through Derbyshire's spectacular Peak District on Sunday, April 27.
The event is an on-road ride with four miles off road so a mountain bike is recommended.
And for those who prefer a road ride, the Hearts First Vale of Belvoir Bike Ride takes place at Belvoir Castle on Sunday, May 11– which goes through the counties of Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
Riders can choose between a 25 and 40 mile ride along the picturesque route.
As the nation's heart charity, the BHF is dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care, campaigning for change and providing vital information and we are asking local people to join us and help us beat heart disease together.
These events have always enjoyed great support from the people of the East Midlands and we hope people will continue to back us.
Heart disease touches us all and events such as this raise vital funds to help the BHF continue its vital work, such as funding life-saving equipment, BHF Heart Nurses and providing grants for pioneering research and treatment at the region's hospitals and universities.
There's still plenty of time to sign up and join the BHF for a great day out.
Entry fees are £10 per adult and £5 per child aged 12–16.
