Haydn’s Creation is to be performed
Come and hear a masterpiece when Haydn’s The Creation is performed in Nottingham on Saturday, March 9, at the Royal Concert Hall.
Internationally-renowned conductor Nicholas McGegan will be returning to Nottingham to help celebrate 500 years of Nottingham High Scchool.
The choirs of the High School, Nottingham Girls’ High School and St Mary’s Church are joined by Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra. A trio of world-class singers, Elisabeth Meister, William Burn and Nicholas Sharratt take the solo roles.

The work will be sung in English and is a perfect celebration of this remarkable and impressive anniversary.
The gala concert starts at 7pm.
