The owners of a cockatiel bird that went missing from Parks Estate are appealing for its return.
The bird, called Fred, escaped from its cage and flew away on Monday August 18.

After placing posters in the local shop, the owners thought they had struck lucky when they received a call to say the bird had been found in Duffield.

However, this was a different bird and now the owners of this bird, which is completely yellow in colour, are also being sought.

Anyone with information on either bird should call 01773 823043.
