Man 'flashed' at railway station

A flasher alarmed a woman at Belper Railway Station after opening his coat to reveal fake private parts strapped to his trousers.
The incident happened at around 11am on Wednesday, February 4, when the man, aged around 60, opened his jacket to reveal a false penis attached to his jogging bottoms.

He was wearing a black coat, grey jogging bottoms, a woolly hat and had a brown 'weathered' face.
