A NUMBER of sporting activities organised by Belper Police will keep youngsters occupied over the summer holidays.
Arranged by the Safer Neighbourhood Team, the events will be available for youngsters between the ages of eight and 16.
The sport coach scheme, which will involve football and a number of other sports, starts on August 8 at Heage Recreation Ground, running from 10am until 3pm. It will then be held every Tuesday.
The activities will be held at Belper School on Thursday August 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Anyone wanting to take part will need a consent form. These can be picked up from Belper Police Station.
