Brave souls are being sought to abseil from a 90ft bridge to help raise cash for a Belper charity shop.

Christian charity Valley CIDS is looking for people to join their Face Your Fear event and plunge from Millers Dale Bridge near Buxton in aid of Lighthouse Charity Shops.

There is a registration fee of £15, and people are being asked to raise £150 to take part in the abseil, which takes place in April next year.
However, if people raise more than £250, the registration fee will be refunded.

You can book your place by downloading the form on the website – www.valleycids.co.uk, or by popping into the Belper Lighthouse shop on King Street.
