A graphic designer has scooped a contract which has seen him designing the logo for a new start up company.
Kieran Harrod, from Kilburn, Belper, has been working in the design industry for 18 years undertook the project alongside the team at SkyeLand Soft Play to create a bright, bold and professional image for their new business venture.
Commenting on the project, Kieran said: “I’m really pleased with the SkyeLand designs. Producing a professional brand in this sector is a balance between professionalism and keeping the brand child-friendly.
“The final solutions do this with aplomb and provides SkyeLand with a flexible and deep branding solution.”
Kieran was tasked with producing a brand that matched the SkyeLand commitment and passion for children and families. An important caveat was that the logo had to contain a rubber duck.
The final solution celebrated the nature of soft play bricks with a chunky stylised duck design in a variety of bright colours.
SkyeLand Soft Pl, based in Alfreton, provides ball pool and bouncy castle hire for baby parties as well as, christening and weddings.
Andrew Jenner-Dyer of SkyeLand said: “We were a new business start-up looking to create a fun but professional image for our company. After talking with a number of graphic designers we chose Kieran, who appeared to be the best fit for us. We have since been delighted by all the work he has done for us.”
