Marie Curie Nurses provide free care to local people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in their own homes, giving people the choice of where they want to be looked after.
We’re currently looking for volunteers in Derbyshire to raise awareness of the charity’s services and ensure that local people can access the help they need.
The roles are flexible and we are looking for volunteers who can help a few times per month, during the day or at evenings and weekends. Full training will be provided. Access to a car or good public transport is necessary.
Anyone interested should contact Sarah Day on 0845 305 2195 or volunteeringMidlandsWalesWest@mariecurie.org.uk.
