A Belper man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply after police stopped a car he was travelling in.
The 30-year-old was in a vehicle driving on the A610 Woodlinkin stretch on August 7 when officers signalled it to pull over. He remains on police bail.
Nathan Scothern, who was was also in the car, was found to have wraps of heroin and cocaine in his underwear and was charged with possessing both drugs with the intent to supply.
The 18-year-old, from Nottingham was remanded in custody and will re-appear before JP’s on September 12.
