More than 100 year seven students took part in a Guinness World Record attempt for the ‘world’s largest reading lesson’ at John Flamsteed Community School. The current record stands at 3,509 people, but it is hoped that John Flamsteed, along with the 74 other schools that took part, will easily beat the record. All participating students were treated to a reading from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
