MEMBERS of the public are invited to have their say on the future of Belper Meadows.
A meeting to discuss what will happen with land between the A6 and the River Derwent will take place on Saturday, February 25, from 10am until 3pm, at the Masonic Rooms, Campbell Street, Belper.
Amber Valley Borough Council is backing the meeting.
The area under discussion comprises 28 hectares and is within the Derwent Valley Mills Heritage Site.
Belper resident Sue O’Brien said: “Come down, have a cup of tea and talk to the planners about your ideas.
“You can have your say on how the land should be developed and what you would like to see on there. You could have a say on how it impacts Belper.”
