A farm in Morley is among those taking part in an open day event, involving 350 farms across the country this weekend.
A range of activities are being held at Broomfield Hall as part of Open Farm Sunday on June 9 between 10am and 4pm.
The annual event, organised by LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming), showcases British farming and is a chance for people to see how our food is grown and produced and show their support for our farmers.
Farms across the country will be welcoming visitors and offering them the opportunity to come and discover the story behind their food and get a fascinating insight into aspects of the countryside that they wouldn’t normally see.
At Broomfield, events include meet the animals, tractor and trailer rides, a static machinery display, hosted farm tour, self guided walks, food and farm shop and fresh produce.Admission is free.
