A young woman with epilepsy is taking to the sky and braving an aeroplane wing walk to raise money for Young Epilepsy’s specialist school, St Piers.

Emily Donoghue, 21 has suffered with the condition since 2006 and will now her new challenge will see her travel at 130mph while strapped to the outside of a plane.

She said: “Epilepsy has made me into a stronger individual and since and I have realised that changes are inevitable and not always controllable. I learned to embrace each challenge in my life as an opportunity for self-transformation.”
