Rob Ridge, deputy head of facilities management, said: “We are very pleased with the findings of the PLACE assessment as these reflect that we always put our patients first.

“In addition to the annual PLACE assessments, the Trust has implemented a programme of monthly assessments carried out by patient assessors and staff. This helps us to maintain our services.

“This also shows that we are committed to maintaining high standards and getting patients involved in our initiatives. We hope this continues to reflect in

the annual PLACE results next year.”

He added: “We would like to thank all our patients, staff, volunteers and service providers for working with us to maintain high standards all year round.”
