BELPER people are being encouraged to have their say on the future of healthcare as part of a public consultation.
Locals can fill in a questionnaire online or by post, to agree a set of principles which will inform future NHS Derbyshire decision-making.
The study aims to find better ways of delivering health care in spite of an increasing elderly population and ageing NHS buildings.
Kathryn Blackshaw, acting chief executive of Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, said: “I hope they see this as a chance to help improve the care we are able to provide, by contributing towards the principles against which we make decisions moving forward, in what is a very challenging time.”
The questionnaire is available online at www.nhsderbycity.nhs.uk or by calling 01332 868732.
