A DATE has been set for the inquest into the death of a school cleaner who was in collision with a car in Little Eaton.
Vicky Wall, 58, was crossing the road on her way to work at Little Eaton Primary School when she was hit by a Daewoo Lanos vehicle at about 5.40am on Tuesday, January 11.
The crash happened just yards from the school gates.
She was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital but died at 9.15am the same day.
In the wake of her death, tributes poured in for a “much-loved” woman from the headteacher of the school, Richard Bateman, friends and locals. More than 30 floral tributes were left near the school.
Mrs Wall’s inquest will be held on Tuesday, July 12.
