excited youngsters at an out-of-school club in Fritchley celebrated the royal wedding with a party.
The 30 children, aged between three and 12, from Fritchley Kids’ Club, celebrated the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton with food and games.
They designed royal wedding-themed magazine covers, had their faces painted, made Union Jack flags, and played pass the parcel and football.
The club operates before and after school and in school holidays.
It is used not only by children whose parents work but also by youngsters who just go along for the social side.
