Belper motorist on drink drive rap

A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he collided with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

The driver, from Belper, was questioned after an accident involving a Vauxhall Zaphira and a Citreon Berlingo van, which took place at around 6.35pm on Thursday, January 10.

Neither driver was injured as a result of the crash.
