Belper road closed for water works

Part of a Belper street is to be closed for four days while a water pipe is replaced.

Derbyshire County Council said Stanton Avenue near its junction with A609 Nottingham Road will be shut from Tuesday, April 2 to Friday, April 5.

A spokesman for the council said; “Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible.The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished.”
