Here is the Met Office weather forecast for Derbyshire today and the weekend.
A bright start for most. Early isolated showers will become heavier, more numerous and perhaps thundery, although they will be less widespread than on Thursday. It will also feel warmer than Thursday, although the cool northwesterly breeze will continue. Maximum temperature 19C. Remaining showers should die away during the evening to leave a drier latter half of the night, with clear spells allowing for a chilly dawn period. Minimum temperature 10C. Saturday, dry and bright but chilly to start. The best sunny spells are likely during the morning, with conditions becoming cloudier and breezier in the afternoon. Maximum temperature 19C. Sunday, unseasonably cool and windy, with rain for a time early on clearing to brighter but blustery conditions with showers into the new working week.
