Flooding alert remains in force for River Amber

A flood warning remains in force for the River Amber through Ambergate this morning.

The Environment Agency said people should beware on low-lying agricultural land and roads in the area.

Rain is forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday, although it is not expected to be as heavy as the downpours at the weekend.
