Police line up meetings with residents
A SERIES of police surgeries in Belper and Duffield have been announced for the second half of January.
Next Wednesday, January 18, the Belper Town police surgery is taking place at the Royal British Legion, Strutt Street, between 7pm and 8pm.
Then, on Thursday, January 19, officers from Duffield will be conducting surgeries in their mobile police station at five different locations.
The first, between 10am and 11am, is on Town Street, Duffield.
From 11.30am until 12 midday the station will be on Rood Lane, Idridgehay. It will be on Hazelwood Hill, Hazelwood, from 1pm to 1.30pm.
Between 1.45pm and 2.15pm it will be at Firestone, Farnah Green. Its last stop will be the layby at Belper Lane End between 2.30pm and 3pm.
