Pop-star Avril Lavigne has become the latest celebrity to don tights made at Pretty Polly’s Belper factory.
The Canadian and French singer-songwriter wears mock suspender tights made at the firm’s Bridge Foot factory in her latest music video ‘Hello Kitty’.
The news comes just as Pretty Polly launches its own Hello Kitty themed range of products.
A spokesman for the firm said in a Facebook post: “Not only is she singing about our most recent (and cutest) collaboration partner, Hello Kitty, she’s also wearing our House of Holland Super Suspender!”
Ms Lavigne joins a host of other stars to have worn tights by Pretty Polly including Rhianna, Jessie J, Lily Allen and Beyonce - who had tights specially-delivered for a US Superbowl performance.
Pretty Polly opened in Sutton-in-Ashfield in 1919 and moved production to Belper in 2005.
