Thief disturbed as he snatched sat nav
A thief was disturbed as he stole a sat nav from a vehicle parked on Belper’s King Street.
The man, who was wearing a green or grey fleece top and dark coloured bottoms, was spotted after smashing a side window at around 9pm on Saturday, January 19.
A vehicle in nearby Primary Close was also broken into and a Panasonic cordless drill taken some time between January 19 and January 22.
Anyone with information about the two thefts should contact the Volume Crime Team at Derbyshire Police by calling the non-emergency 101 number.
