Two treated after Cowers Lane crash

Two people were given first aid after a car veered off Wirksworth Road, nearBelper during icy conditions.

The car had to be put back onto four wheels by fire crews from Belper and Duffield following the crash at around 7.24 am on Saturday, February 16.

Following the accident Derbyshire Fire & Rescue warned about icy conditions in the Cowers Lane area.
