A CRICH midday supervisor is retiring after 26 years.
A service was held for Margaret Bradley, 67, who began work at Crich Infants School in 1985.
Headteacher Julie Kirk said: “Margaret is dedicated to her job. She is a good team player and she will turn her hand to anything that needs to be done. As senior midday supervisor she has given out numerous school lunches, she has taught children how to use their knife and fork, she has accompanied lots of Crich children on school trips and she has bathed lots of grazed and bruised knees! Margaret is a valued member of our team. We wish her a happy retirement and thank her for the contribution she made to the lives of the children of Crich.”
