Matlock people asked their opinions on boundary review

Matlock residents are being asked to give their views on boundary changes.

The independent Local Government Boundary Commission for England is asking people across Derbyshire to comment on its draft proposals for new electoral arrangements for Derbyshire County Council.

A ten-week public consultation on the recommendations will end on 8 June 2012.

The consultation is open to anyone in Derbyshire who wants to have their say on new electoral divisions, division boundaries and division names across the county.

The full recommendations and detailed maps are available on the Commission’s website at www.lgbce.org.uk/all-reviews/east-midlands/derbyshire/derbyshire-electoral-review.
