A road sweeper that was stolen from South Yorkshire has been apprehended by armed officers in Derbyshire.
The incident took place this morning on the A38 but no other details have yet been released.
A tweet from Derbyshire Police says the vehicle was detected entering the county using the automatic number plate recognition system.
It was then intercepted by the Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit and the Derbyshire Armed Response Unit, boxed in and one person was arrested.
