Members of an activity morning for the over fifties have put out an appeal for more people after numbers started to dwindle.
The sessions , which take place on a Wednesday at Strutts Community Centre on Derby Road, involve bowls and table tennisto help people keep fit and meet new friends.
However, the amount of people attending has tailed off and members are seeking fresh blood to help make the sessions more viable.
Belper man Martin Drake said: “I really enjoy attending - there’s a good variety of games and a real social side to it.
“There’s no skill level that people have to have to attend - everyone is just there to have a good time and enjoy themselves. The more members we can get the better it will be for us and the Strutts Centre and we hope we can make it a really successful group.”
The sessions were first started by the lottery funded Amber Valley Village Games before being handed over to members.
The sessions cost £2.50 and are held every Wednesday at the Strutts Centre from 10am - 12pm
