Power tools stolen during spate of break-ins across Belper

A spate of break-ins saw two sheds and a home targeted in Belper.

The mini crimewave included the theft of a Bosch reciprocating saw and a Erbauer mitre saw from a front garden shed on Berksitch Lane some time between Saturday, September 20 and Tuesday, September 23.

Another outbuilding on Sandbed Lane was broken into some time between Sunday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 23 when hinges were removed from the shed door but this time nothing was taken. 
According to Derbyshire Police tools inside had warning stickers on regarding security marking.

A failed break-in also took place at a house on Cedar Grove some time between Friday, Septmeber 19 and Tuesday, September 23 when a tool was used to try to force open a rear window.
