Small grants look set to be awarded to deserving community groups across Belper at a meeting of Amber Valley Borough Council next week.
The awards, which are made on a discretionary basis, are made to assist such organisations in providing a range of services and activities which support or contribute towards the well being of the area.
Belper Town Wind Band are among those applying for £100, along with Folk Friendzy Dance Group, Fritchley with Crich Women’s Institute and Fritchley Under Fives Playgroup.
