AMBER Valley Community Transport is set to get a share of a £370,000 grant.
Derbyshire County Council is to contribute a total of £1.491m to community transport in Derbyshire again this year. Community transport helps people with mobility problems get around.
There are now seven community transport schemes across the county.
Each will get £186,347 except Amber Valley and Chesterfield which have merged and will get £372,694. A spokesman for the authority said: “We’re also contributing £25,000 to Wheels to Work – which helps people who have difficulty getting to work or training.
