TRADITIONAL Christmas activities and entertainments will be helping Strutt’s North Mill step back in time for one evening.
The museum at Belper will open for Victorian-style festivities on Saturday, December 10 (4pm-6.30pm).
You can make your own Christmas decorations, hear carol singers and join in games from yesteryear.
Mill museum manager Natascha Wintersinger said: “Next year it will be 180 years since Queen Victoria came to look at Belper’s mills, when she was a 13-year-old princess. So it seems highly appropriate to enjoy a traditional Christmas evening like those Belper would have seen in her time.”
Admission is £4 for adults, children get in free.
