TV company Ricochet - producers of hit shows It's Me or the Dog and Supernanny - are working with one of the UK's largest Supermarkets to offer budding culinary entrepreneurs the chance to get their recipe out to the British food-buying public.
Kitchen Millionaire is a new 6 part primetime TV series airing early next year. It will give anyone with a great recipe or food product the chance to compete to win the ultimate prize of having their dish on a major supermarket's shelf. Who knows, th
ey could follow in the footsteps of Loyd Grossman, Meena Pathak and Levi Roots' 'Reggae Reggae Sauce' to become a UK household name.

Ricochet are looking for local food heroes to compete in the competition. We hope to find an undiscovered food hero who would love to get their local recipe out to the nation at large.

It's a unique opportunity to learn how to turn an ordinary kitchen recipe into a product, with tips from experts along the way.

So if you have a great recipe handed down by generations, or a food idea you've been thinking about for ages, this could be your opportunity to hit the big time. Anything goes - from pies to sauces, from pasta to curry – this could be your chance to become the next Kitchen Millionaire…

If you think you could have the best recipe in Britain – please get in touch with the Kitchen Millionaire Team on 01273 224806 or email food@ricochet.co.uk .
