Holbrook St Michaels exited the 2012 Stan Brewster Memorial Football tournament at the semi-final stage after a penalty shoot-out.
The Saints and Codnor Miners shared four goals in a 2-2 draw and the score remained the same at the end of extra time which brought a penalty shoot-out.
Codnor emerged victorious with a 5-3 penalty success after spot-kicks from Ben Craig, Stu Ryan, Adam Bond, Tom Hawkins and Joh Griffiths all found the target.
Simon Billyeald, Chris Saunders and Matt Smith netted but Scott Daniel Whittingham could not score for the Saints and Codnor were through to the final.
Matt Smith scored both of the Holbrook goals in normal time with Tom Hawking netting both for Codnor.
In the other semi-final Crib Bar beat South Normanton Reserves 5-2 thanks chiefly to an Adam Nicholls hat-trick.
Matt Phillips and Matt Brittle were also on target for Crib with Jamie Stockdale and Ash Griffiths getting the South Normanton replies.
The final between The Crib and Codnor Miners Arms is being held at the Impact Arena home of Alfreton Town this Sunday. Kick-off is 2pm.
