Hucknall Town beat Belper United 1-0 on Saturday to record the bragging rights.
Belper United made changes to the side that won on penalties in the floodlit Cup tie on Wednesday.
Scott Whittingham, Shaun Roulston, Joe Conkleton, Tim Perry and Evan Garnett all returned to the starting line-up.
Skipper Scott Slater and Jamie Sparkes are still a couple of weeks away from a return to action.
Hucknall Town started the brightest and had the better of the opening 15 minutes.
Belper United finally got a foothold in the game after about 20 minutes and had numerous chances to take the lead.
A brilliantly floated ball to the back-post from Evan Garnett found Sam Vickers and his volley was pushed back out to Sam who again had his volley well saved. Minutes later United saw a header come back of the post before another couple of chances went begging.
After 33 minutes Hucknall stole the ball in midfield, broke forward, and released Adam Nelson whose brilliant strike from outside the 18-yard box found the bottom corner of the net.
The goal visibly affected the Belper players and they struggled to regain their composure for the rest of the half.
The second half was an even affair, with Belper having the better of the goalmouth action but without really troubling the Hucknall Town goalkeeper.
After 70 minutes the game was stopped for 10 minutes after a Hucknall Town player went down without challenge but who was in obvious agony before being stretchered off the pitch.
The game never really got going after that, although Hucknall Town did have a shot come back of a post as they earned a hard-fought derby win.
