Cricketer appealing for help
FORMER Ambergate and Belper Meadows cricketer Shahid Mohammed is appealing for help from local cricketers and supporters.
Shahid is trying to put together a book highlighting his playing days with the aforementioned clubs and he is keen to get copies of any written articles of his playing days.
He played for Ambergate between 2002 and 2007 and Belper Meadows in 2008.
He explained: “I know there have been reports many as people used to show me, but at the time I never took too much notice. It would mean so much to me as well as my children who are now at an age that can appreciate how well I played.”
