THERE is an action packed week planned at Crich Tramway Village from Monday 15th August to Friday 19th August with a full programme of activities focused around the Woodland Walk and sculpture trail area.
Many activities will take place on the Woodland Walk including story telling with Sophie Snell on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th, a wish tree, treasure hunts, tree shaking for mini beasts and making tree golems.
It’s a great opportunities for families to experience and enjoy the fabulous Derbyshire landscapes with fun activities
In the new Learning Centre there will be special craft activities such as leaf rubbings, making of tree golems and bookmark making.
There will be children’s books on sale with woodland/nature theme in the Exhibition Hall on Monday 15th and Wednesday 17th. Children are encouraged to bring along their favourite book to read in the story telling chair or on the Fairy Ring on the Woodland Walk.
