Legendary original Whitesnake guitarist Bernie Marsden will be performing with his band at The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, November 15.

In the early 70s, Bernie was an original guitarist for hard rock outfit UFO before becoming an original member of Paice, Ashton & Lord in 1977.

After PAL split up, Bernie joined David Coverdale in the newly-formed Whitesnake, helping to establish the band as one of the most successful live rock bands in Europe and Japan.

On Saturday, November 16, Small Fakers and Humble Lie bring their double bill tribute to the music of Steve Marriott to The Flowerpot.

The Small Fakers will rip through all the classics from The Small Faces, plus album tracks and b-sides, from Whatcha Gonna Do About It to Wham Bam Thank You Mam!

Humble Lie feature ‘Marriott Reborn’ Matt Bond and Dean Rees, former Hammond organist with original Pie bass player Greg Ridley’s Humble Pie which also featured original Pie drummer Jerry Shirley.

Serving up a 60-minute set of throat shredding, high octane heavy blues rock, Humble Lie take you back to a time when capped-sleeve t-shirts, mutton chops, stack heels and Brut 45 were all the rage.

Finally, on Thursday, November 21, old favourite Eugene ‘Hideaway’ Bridges is back at The Flowerpot.

A towering man with a huge voice, he plays an unparalleled brand of blues oozing enough genuine charm to light up a small city.

Doors open at 8pm and admission is £15 for The Bernie Marsden Band, £10 for The Small Fakers/Humble Lie and £10 for Eugene Hideaway Bridges.
