The Exile Music Festival, one of the area�’s most popular summer events, is gearing up for another weekend of music, beer and song.
The event, which initially started in Belper, before moving further up the A6, opens its gates on Friday, June 27 at noon, and the festival will be running all weekend until Sunday June, 29.
The three-day festival has a line-up of over 20 acts, including Indigo Sky, Keith Donnelly, Blackfish Music, Hicks and Goulbourn, The Jar Family and The Buffalo Skinners.
In addition, you can see sets over the course of the weekend at the festival by Rita Payne, Fat Digester, Redd Ruff, Salmagundi, Notts Alliance and Jolly Jock.
The Exile Music Festival takes place at Sabine Hay, just outside Darley Dale, in a quiet woodland setting perched high above the picturesque Derwent valley.
A real ale bar, courtesy of The Fishpond in Matlock Bath, compliments the heart warming on-site food stalls.
