NEVILLE Staple is best known as the lead singer of The Specials and The Fun Boy Three and is the latest act to perform at The Venue in Derby.
The ska legend will be strutting his stuff on Saturday, March 19 at The Venue, based on Abbey Street in the city centre.
Neville’s biography and past projects read like a who’s who of rock. He has worked with such legends as Elvis Costello, David Byrne and Ali Campbell, to name only a few. In addition to having recorded with some of rock’ most famous figures, he has also shared the stage with icons like Ranking Roger, forming The Special Beat.
It is worth seeing Neville’s live performance as his captivating stage presence and distinct voice are a memorable experience. You’ll get a mix of old favourites plus loads of his brand new original solo material.
