Ben Miller leads an all-star cast in The Duck House, which completes its run at Nottingham’s Theatre Royal this week, prior to heading for the West End.

Written by Dan Patterson and Colin Swash, it can be see seen at the venue until Saturday, November 16.

This outrageous new comedy is set in a world of dodgy receipts, dodgier deceit, and pure Parliamentary panic.

The Duck House also stars Olivier Award Winning actress Nancy Carroll and Peak Practice’s Simon Shepherd.

May 2009. Gordon Brown’s Government is in meltdown and a General Election is just one year away. Labour backbencher Robert Houston (Ben Miller) loves being an MP and will do anything to save his seat – including change sides. All is going well with his switch until, on the eve of his final interview with a Tory grandee, the expenses scandal breaks.

As public fury mounts, Robert finds himself in big, big trouble.
