Hide AdPlanning documents say the ground-floor space will sell ‘quality ales and spirits’.
Opening times will be 10am-11.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, and 10am-12.30am, at weekends.
Councillor Terry Gilby, the council’s cabinet member for economic growth, said: “The council received an application to convert the premises at 24 Mansfield Road to change its use, for a new micropub to be opened.
“Officers carefully considered the application and related comments from the public, and based upon the location within a district centre the permission was granted.”
