This gives a rate per 100,000 people of 4.8 and 1.9 respectively.

Hide AdAccording to Derbyshire County Council's Surveillance report In the last 14 days there have been 58 cases in Derbyshire over three-quarters in Pillar 2.
High Peak has seen the highest number of cases at 15, an average of just under 1.1 per day.
Since the start of the pandemic there have been 513 cases of COVID-19 identified by testing in Chesterfield, at a cumulative rate of 490.3 per 100,000 population.
This is both the second highest number of cases and the second highest rate amongst the districts and boroughs.

Hide AdIn Chesterfield most cases (51.8 per cent ) have been identified by Pillar 2 testing.
The average age of cases was 56.5, with an average for Pillar 1 testing of 67.5 and for Pillar 2 of 46.1, reflecting the variation in severity of the disease by age.
The average age for females was 55.1 and 58.5 for males.
Most cases have been females (59.per cent ), with more than twice as many female cases as males in Pillar 2, although with a similar number for each sex in Pillar 1.
