5. Meat
Sarah Cross, the proprietor of Derbyshire Dales Organics, sources organic meat from three Midlands farms. 6. Ice cream

7. Cheese
Award-winning Hartington Dairy at Pikehall, near Matlock, is the only Derbyshire based and smallest producer of Stilton in the world. 8. Bakewell pudding
