The records also state that Moore, 36, who listed his address as care of Coach Road, Butterley Park, Ripley, also admitted stealing two bottles of wine from the Spar store, located at the service station on Ashgate Road, valued at £14 on May 16.
He was jailed for four weeks for each offence, to be served concurrently, meaning that Moore will serve four weeks in total.
The record states that magistrates took the decision to jail Moore because of the seriousness of his previous criminal record.
